£120 for the 8 week term If your child loves costume\, cosplay or fashion
then THIS is the class for them! We have been running Fashion classes for
a number of years now but have had A LOT of interest in costume design fo
r those children and young people where this is a particular passion. So w
e listened and we've changed things up a bit!! We will introduce dressmaki
ng techniques used in costume design. We assume that participants have a b
asic level of sewing (ideally attending our beginner classes before joinin
g this class). We take you through the full journey on how to make a costu
me piece (understanding and cutting the fabric to size\, selecting the fab
ric and altering it to suit the design). On the last session of the term w
e will open the session so that the children can showcase their piece to p
arents/guardians! Due to the nature of the lessons we ask that you commit
to the full 8 week block as each lesson builds on the previous one each we
