  running sessions for Women who have experienced violence for a couple of 
 years now - with referrals in from East Dunbartonshire Action for Mental H
 ealth (EDAMH) - but we wanted to open this up so that more women could acc
 ess these fabulous community sessions. If you have struggled with your men
 tal health and are looking for a safe space to help with feeling connected
  with your community again\, then these classes may help with that. We off
 er a safe space for you to benefit from learning a new skill and to join a
  lovely community of creatives where we guarantee a safe women-only space.
  This is a beginner session and so we assume no previous knowledge but if 
 there is anything in particular you would like help with then please let u
 s know and we will try our best to support you with that. If you have ANY
